【幸せの本質】ムーミンの物語から
埼玉県の飯能にあるムーミンバレーパークに行きまして、ムーミンの物語について知り、自身の人生と照らし合わせながら感受性の豊かな時間を送る事ができました。施設には様々な展示がある中に、ムーミン物語の名言や作者のトーベ・ヤンソンについて描かれていました。ここでは、ムーミンバレーパークの展示の内容を載せて人生の幸せの本質について考えていきたいと思います。
人生の幸せは「自己実現と愛情」の要素がとても大きいという考察です。

ムーミン谷の生きものたちは、発見やできごとを通して、少しずつ成長していきます。だれかに自分を知ってもらったり、名前を呼んでもらったり、認めてもらったり。他人に理解されることで、自分が何者なのかに気づかされます。そして、だんだんと「自分の顔」がつくられていきます。でも、それって何を意味するのでしょうか？

ムーミンたちはなによりも「家族」や「友だち」を大切にし、どんな困難も助け合いながら、なんとなく乗りこえます。家族といっしょの時間をすごし、友だちと喜びを分かちあいます。ムーミン谷の生きものたちは、見過ごされがちだけど大切なことを、日々の小さなできごとを通じて教えてくれます。ごく身近なもののうちにも、きっと新しい発見があるでしょう。
The Moomins value family and friends most of all. When hardships come along, family and friends help overcome them. The Moomins love time spent with one’s family and sharing happiness with friends.
The denizens of Moominvalley will help you think of those small but important things that are usually left unnoticed. Even the most familiar places can reveal new things and bring new happiness when looked at closely.
